The major grades manufactured in Zhongrui is mainly in Austenitic and also in Duplex. Our tubes are manufactured in accordance to major International Standards such as ASTM, ASME, EN or ISO. To ensure the high quality of our tubes, we perform 100% Eddy Current Testing and 100% PMI Testing.

Instrumentation tubing is used to control flow, measure process conditions, and analyze processes. This tubing is typically used with single and double ferrule fittings. Our tubes are compatible with all major fitting manufacturers in the world.

Zhongrui's instrumentation tubes are offered with a comprehensive range of corrosion-resistant stainless steels of size ranging from (OD) 3.18 to 50.8 mm.

Zhongrui’s stocks a deep inventory of standard sizes of seamless stainless instrumentation tubing. Our inventories primarily consist of the austenitic grades of 304, 304L, 316 and 316L, in a size range from 3.18 to 50.8 mm outside diameters in straight lengths. Material is stocked in the annealed and pickled, bright annealed, mill finish and polished conditions. These are the four most popular austenitic grades of stainless steel which provide excellent overall corrosion resistance.

These grades are sold to a wide range of industries/markets, due to their overall corrosion resistance and good machinability.
